Full description
A small stoneware bud vase with one or two dragonfly decorations on the surface, please choose a design. Hand thrown on the potter's wheel, then glazed inside and outside but not on the base. Stoneware clay is fired at very high temperatures and the clay is fully vitrified with the glaze making it completely watertight. The dragonflies are applied as underglaze transfers and are permanent. Each bud vase measures approximately 8cm high, 4.5cm diameter at the base and 1.5cm opening at the top. There may be small variations being individually made. The clay fires a light buff colour. Perfect for holding one or two flower buds or plants.
