These mini landscapes make lovely gifts for friends and relatives living in warmer climes who might be missing the romance of a crisp, snowy winter. They are compact and light, making them easy and economical to post.

Full description
This little hoop shows a snowy moonlit scene of a frozen tree in a winter landscape. The moon is a combination of a white flat round sequin and a smaller white iridescent round sequin. The stars are tiny french knots scattered across the night sky. The tree has been embroidered by hand using a combination of straight stitch and split stitch.
All elements of the embroidery have been hand-cut and hand-stitched by me, to my own original design.
The scene is framed in a 3" (7.5cm) diameter wooden embroidery hoop which I have painted white. The back of the hoop is neatly finished with a circle of white felt, signed by me. It is supplied with a hanging loop of white waxed cotton cord attached to the top of the hoop tightening mechanism.
The landscape comes in a lovely white luxury presentation box, measuring approx 10.8 x 10.8 x 2.0cm, and lined with dark grey felt to match the embroidery.
I often re-make designs, but tiny variations in the stitches occur each time ensuring that each item is unique. Therefore, the embroidery you receive may vary slightly from the item shown in photos 1 - 3.
Postage will be via Royal Mail First Class Large Letter service. I always obtain proof of postage.
