Thanks so much for your support, Kate
These have been fired in a community wood fuelled kiln which is why the glaze is distinct from many of my other glazes. They are perfect for a seasonal mug of mulled wine or hot chocolate but would be equally lovely with water or even as a bud vase. The shell detail make them even more tactile.

Unique handmade pottery thrown on a potter's wheel.
This ceramic tumbler is made from stoneware which means it is very durable. There are dimples to grip the tumbler on each side made with shells.
It has been fired in a wood fuelled kiln. This makes the markings and glaze very unique as the position in the kiln determines the conditions during the firing are much less predictable than an electric kiln. The clay gives a biscuit speckled colour which has a rose shine to it where the flame has kissed it. The glaze is a delicate creamy colour and lead free. The marks on the base are from wadding which is attached to stop it sticking to the shelf during firing.
Height about 10 cm
Diameter about 8 cm
This listing is for 1 tumbler, all my potter is handmade and made in small batches there will be some variation in colour and shape making each piece wonderfully unique.
