Merry Christmas one and all. My shop is now closed until the New Year. Thank you everyone who has shopped with me throughout 2023.

I love to make and I love all things floral. I've combined these two loves and make vases. I love to carve all my porcelain work to give a tactile texture to the vase. This particular shape is named Anna. I've taken to naming my vases after the inspirational women in my life, who have supported me and guided me.

This is a porcelain bud vase that is 19cm high and 5cm in diameter.

These carvings are inspired by flower seeds, and the aquamarine coloured glaze is deeper in colour in the carvings. Its glazed on the inside to make it easier to keep it clean.

I fire at very high temperatures for porcelain and the clay can move ever so slightly. This just adds to their character and is clear in the photographs.
