Full description
A beautiful handmade pottery thrown vase made on my potter's wheel. This vase is made from stoneware which means it is very durable. The clay gives a biscuit speckled colour which shows through the blue green glaze, the inside is fully glazed in a clear glaze.
The vase is first thrown then left until it is leather hard, then turned and I add my makers mark. Once dry it is bisque fired then glazed and fired a second time at 1220 oC. All glazes are lead free.

All my pottery is made by me in small batches. There may be variations in size, colour and shape making each piece delightfully unique.
