A cute Robin decoration, perfect for Christmas. Handcrafted in copper wire with crystal beads and seed beads. Made by hand using wire wrapping techniques.
This cute Robin would look lovely hanging in your home perhaps in a window to catch the light any time of the year. Perfect to hang on your Christmas tree too.
I have formed 1mm copper wire into a bird shape and created swirls of wire which I have attached for the wing and the breast with swirls for the tail. I gently hammer the finished shape with a chasing hammer to strengthen and embellish with beads. Red red crystal, brown crystal and seed beads are wrapped around the shape using .4mm copper wire with a black crystal bead for the eye and a gold coloured bead for the beak. I have twisted wire for the hanging loop and it is completed with a handcrafted hook for hanging.
Width 8.5 cm (3 1/2 inches) Length including hook 10 cm (4 inches). All measurements are approximate.
This robin will be carefully wrapped and delivered to you by Royal Mail 1st class post.
