Stunning stoneware wheel thrown mug, featuring Made With Mud logo on the front.
The beauty is in the shape and colours, I'm certain will prove to be your favourite mug!
Stoneware Clay is prepared and then the mug is thrown on a pottery wheel. Logo's, handle's are made and attached. The piece is then dried slowly over days/weeks. Once completely dry the piece is fired in a kiln. This can take a few days. The glaze is then hand painted. Once completely dry, the piece is fired again to 1200-1300 degrees Celsius . A few days later the kiln is opened and the piece is finished.
Suitable for hot or cold drinks.
The mug holds approx 500ml
Approximately 10cm high
It is dishwasher safe but not recommended, as pots tend to get bashed about and I want your piece to stay as beautiful as the day you bought it.
