A beautiful water coloured illustrated Children's book, the first in the series of heart-warming children's books based around the core values of kindness, patience and courage .

Based on the true story of a local dog rescued from a rubbish tip in Romania who thanks to a strangers act of kindness began his 2,788 km journey to a safer happier and more confident life in the fictional town of Chipping Dogbury which is based on the medieval market town of Chipping Sodbury on the edge of the Cotswolds.

Throughout the series of children's books the characters of Rocco and his fellow dog gang develop as they embark on various dog adventures which don't always go to plan.

As the authors of this self published book we are hoping to spread the message of kindness, courage and patience and also highlight through the interesting and diverse characters of the book that despite our differences as individuals, together with love we can achieve great things,
