Hello there, my name is Rachel, and a little ex-street dog named Rocco came into my life at a very sad time. Rocco changed my life around with his sunny deposition and loving nature and with a friend of mine Charlie, we decided to write and self publish a series of beautifully illustrated children's books about this little inspirational dog and his new life with us in the Cotswolds in a town affectionally now known as 'Chipping Dogbury'.
It only seemed natural to go on to rescue Flo, a neglected ex-farm dog that desperately needed a home, and again though Flo's recovery was slow, her recovery was inspirational. Slowly Flo gained her confidence and became a valuable member of Rocco's gang within the local community and the epic adventures began that led us to write these wonderful, engaging stories for children, dog rescuers and dog lovers alike with kindness and love at their core.
In total now we have 5 dogs between us and they all feature within our series of children's book, and an illustration of the gang that feature within our books is shown above.
