For thousands of years people have worshipped the sun as the source of fertility, creativity and prophecy. This print explores the idea of the sun casting a maternal, omniscient gaze over the world.

Full description
A graphic reduction print of a mythical hand covered in eyes embracing/releasing a sun like orb.
This print has been made using a linocut reduction technique with each layer being carved from the same lino block until the image is complete. This means that an edition is very limited and can never be repeated.
This edition of 9 has been printed on Himalayan washi paper and has a soft deckled edge.
The prints are A5 or roughly 20.5cm by 15cm.
All prints are delivered unframed but supported by card and protective wrapping.
