Genuine mother of pearl has dark markings and pitting on the surface, making each one unique as each gemstone takes to the specialist dying treatment differently. All special dying treatments to change a gemstones original colour is acceptable by the GIA and the industry worldwide.

Full description
A very unique pair of earrings designed and hand crafted using large dyed square cut mother of pearl with square cut out centres. Within the centres I have placed irregular square cut puffy dyed mother of pearl gemstone beads. In the centre is a cream shell pearl. All components used to create them are quality gold plate.
These earrings will make a perfect gift for older teenagers or ladies of all age groups who enjoy wearing earrings which are designer and not churned out by the thousands using faux gemstones beads, often at exorbitant prices in high street fashion stores.
They are surprisingly very light weight to wear, therefore they will not pull down on the ear lobes for hours of comfortable wearing.
The finished drop from the bottom of the earring wire is 3.5 cms.
The earrings are ready to be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment, delivered by Royal Mail Signed For service. These Demelza Designs earrings will come presented on a earring card placed in a small clear sealed cellophane packet for hygiene and inspection purposes ready for personalised gift wrapping.
