Item details

There’s nothing like a lovely sunflower to brighten up a scene…big, luscious and extravagant…there is no mistaking the personality they can bring to an environment!

The sunflower is associated with spiritual knowledge and the desire to seek light and truth. The Incas used sunflowers to symbolize the Sun God and brought them to temples for worship.

This handmade mural is a fantastic way to bring the brilliant sun into your home.

HOW WE DO IT

The mural is a joint effort by myself and my wife.

We are trained artists, with many years of creating unique and high quality art.

We start with the design which is drawn out onto the tiles, I do this job and then my wife will do the glazing. Meryl has a light and painterly touch which is ideally suited for ceramic glazing.

Designed by Paul Manwaring in North Wales
