Full description
This atmospheric Chicago skyscraper photograph is of one of the most famous and loved buildings in the city. Aqua stands 80 storeys high and can be found in the Lakeshore East area on the shores of Lake Michigan. Aqua was designed by Studio Gang Designs (their first skyscraper!) and has received a number of architectural awards. In 2009 Aqua was awarded skyscraper of the year.
This image was taken from street level, which will hopefully explain the affectionate nickname for Aqua which is 'Footsteps in the Sand'.
All Chicago skyscraper photographs are:-
- printed on A4 (21x30cm) professional semi-gloss photographic paper;
- individually signed and fully mounted (including back board) on 28x35cm black or cream card; and
- shipped in board-backed packaging in a sealed cellophane protective sleeve.
Other options, eg posters, Canvas prints etc, will soon be available. Watch this space!
