The title of this painting is Two's Company
Many years ago I found out that several older or retired sailors would go out in their boats on trips in groups of two or more just to be safe in case of illness and also so they could stop by some small island groups and socialise together .. I always thought it such a lovely idea that just because you get older should you have to give up the things you love ? not at all..just adapt !!!
