I started making soap dishes when we decided to use only soap bars from now on and not use plastic soap pumps. Because we only use locally handmade soap bars I realised that the drain holes had to be larger because handmade soap is softer.
This particular dish I made for my daughter as she wanted a dish to hold a shampoo bar as well as a soap bar. So I made another one to sell as I liked it so much.
