This is my new foray into working with clay, since spring is just around the corner, I wanted to make something spring related in a monochrome colour palette which will go with any colour scheme.

Full description
For this piece I used air dried clay which I made into tiles, impressed them with bird related images in black ink then attached them to the back panel which I sprayed black to make the tiles stand out.
This frame is 10 x 10 inches.
The aperture is 4 x 4 inches.
I've used a pre owned frame so it isn't new, two reasons for this, I like to recycle where I can which means there may be a slight blemish on the frames but nothing too noticeable and it keeps the final cost lower for the buyer.
This frame has a hanging tab to display on the wall.
