Printing onto canvas with a group of other printmakers, my skeletonised magnolia leaf was really successful. The leaf itself was gathered in Cornwall on a visit to some beautiful gardens. I loved the simplicity of this impression and thought it looked good framed simply in the black box frame. It reminds me of the filigree tracings on silver, hence the name "Filigree".

Full description
Large skeletonised magnolia leaf hand printed impression in grey/black printing ink onto white canvas. A contemporary piece. It has been acrylic varnished to protect it, and is box framed without glass. you could dust or wipe clean with a damp (not wet) cloth.
Inclusive of frame, it measures 37cm x 29cm and is 4cm deep.
My logo is not on the actual piece.
Copyright remains with me. The print may not be dowloaded or copied in any way
I may use recycled packaging to post and protect this image.
