I know that magpies are not everyone's favourite garden bird, but I love their dramatic colours and enjoy trying to capture these in watercolour.

Featuring a watercolour painting of a magpie, this 52 mm x 148 mm bookmark is a perfect stocking-filler for all the (young and not-so-young) readers in your life.
The bookmark is printed on 350 gsm smooth card. The name of the bird is given in English and Latin beside the illustration. At the bottom of the bookmark, there is a snippet of information about the bird.
The watercolour aims to bring out the beautiful colours of the magpie's feathers: in the sunshine, they're not just black, but shades of blue, turquoise, indigo and purple.
Your bookmark will be protected in a clear cello bag and posted to you in a sturdy board-backed mailer.
