This wall Hanging evolved!
I adore nature and I wanted to express the beauty of life!
I started with the butterfly and as i began working on it, the ideas for the daisy chains formed. Then I thought 'wouldn't it be good if I had bees buzzing round like they do in nature', so I crossed them over the daisies and added the zigzag lines representing them busy at work.

Bees, butterfly and daisy chains, this beautiful wall hanging brings a little bit of nature into your home.
Made in a lovely calming cornflower blue twisted cotton, accented in natural cotton, it is perfect for somewhere you can relax and unwind.
A butterfly sits in the centre of this hanging and daisy chains hang down the sides. Buzzing across the daisies is a zigzag line of busy bees on each side.
The butterfly antennae are an added detail and the wrap knots and hanging cord have been made in the same twine
The Hanging cord has been made using a half hitch spiral.
After the wrap knots the ends of the cords have all been brushed out softening the bottom of the wall hanging.
The pole is made from a piece of a natural, untreated branch which adds further shape and texture.
All in all this is a striking wall hanging and will make a great addition to your room.
Measurements:
The branch is 44cm long with 8mm dia
The wall hanging is 30cm wide and 46cm tall from the base of the branch to the bottom of the fringe
The length of the hanging cord is 41cm and when hung as shown in the photo it is 16cm high, making the overall height from the top of the hanging cord to the bottom of the fringe 63cm.

The twisted blue cotton is made by Tenn Well and contains minimal polyester.
Your wall hanging will be packaged and sent via Royal Mail small parcel service.
