This 'Black Sequin Lucy' fascinator mini hat is ready made and can be posted straight away.
This is an elegant and chic little cocktail percher hat fascinator mini hat in all black.
Its lightweight and easy to wear and would finish off an elegant Gothic or all black outfit perfectly..
Created with a round black sinamay base which is covered with a beautiful black sequin covered fabric with a black circle of felt underneath with a metal croc clip for fixing.
Complemented with a black sinamay bias binding bow detail, a piece of black Merry Widow veiling, s few black fluff feathers to softenand finished with a black satin ribbon ruffle and a cluster of round black crystals.
Its really versatile and can be worn anywhere on the head.
Sinamay Base Size - 10.5 cm diameter
Approx Size - 16 cm x 16 cm
