Standard postage is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 but you can now select shipping upgrades before checkout including Special Delivery. Please note that I usually post your order out the very next day after you order UNLESS I am making something from scratch for you. Please make sure you check the listing details for lead time.
I've also added the option to have your jewellery gift wrapped! All items will come gift boxed as standard but if you'd like to have the box wrapped in beautiful paper you can upgrade. This is especially handy if you'd like the order shipped directly to the recipient - I'll always leave the invoice out in this case! Just let me know that it's for a gift.
These earring are inspired by forget-me-nots and the British countryside.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Sorry to say that earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty.

Full description
These small, dangly earrings are made from sterling silver charms that contain a print of my orginal illustration. Set underneath a glass cabochon the charms hang from handmade earwires.
Each charm measures 1cm in diameter.
Total earring length is 2.5cm.
These earrings will come in a branded gift box and posted in a thin, card box that fits through most letterboxes.
