I'm Ellen and I hand craft silver jewellery from my garden studio on the West Sussex coast.
Influenced by ancient cultures, geology, inspiring quotes and travel adventures! My work features lots of metal marking such as hand stamping, hammering and fusing all using 100% recycled sterling silver and natural gemstones.
ORDERING INFO: All jewellery comes presented in my branded white boxes and is posted via Royal Mail in letterbox sized boxes (apart from rings - these boxes are just too deep!). If your jewellery is being made to order the item listing will give you a timeframe and my working days are Monday - Friday.
POSTAL INFO: Most items will get posted out from the studio within 48 hours unless otherwise stated. You can choose your preferred method at the checkout.
I've always enjoyed making things in minature and these flowers are no exception! Inspired by forget-me-nots I then drew this little illustration to accompany them with flowers, leaves and vines - reminiscent of a walk in the countryside.

Full description
A cluster of handmade charms dangly gently from a small hammered silver loop connected to a dainty silver chain.
The floral art charm is made using a print of my original illustration. The print is then sealed inside the silver charm underneath clear glass.
Each flower begins life as a circle of sterling silver which is filed and domed into shape before soldering a silver ball into the centre.
These charms are then hung from a silver hoop with an added amazonite gemstone. Amazonite is believed to originate from the Amazon river basin in Brazil and legend has it that warrior women of ancient Amazon tribes used this stone to adorn their shields. Amazonite is also the zodiac stone for Virgo's (that's for those with birthdays between August 23 and September 22).
Soldered links then join the silver loop to a sterling silver trace chain that closes with a bolt ring clasp.
The standard chain length is 18 inches (46cm) but you can always request an alternative.
The floral charm measures 1cm in diameter.
This necklace comes presented in a branded gift box and will post in a thin, cardboard box that fits through most standard letterboxes.
