Full description
I have created this fabulous patchwork bag from a sample book by Andover fabrics, in the Downton Abbey Lord and Lady Collection of designs and colour prints.
The front of the bag has been constructed with pieced patchwork squares, whilst the back has strips of fabric and one panel of pieced squares.
The outside of the bag is quilted onto a base cotton to give structure, before a lining made with a complimentary cotton fabric has been added. There is a single pocket inside created from pieced themed fabric off-cuts.
The bag measures 17" wide by 15.75" deep, with a 3.5" gusset. The handles measure 21" each.
