Colouring is an activity that many of us - young and young at heart - now do to help ground us in the moment and help to get our mindfulness on. Combined with the power of plants I have created a colouring book to beat all colouring books! (Ha ha!)
This colouring book is A5 size, great for putting in your hand luggage or daily bag. All of the book is suitable to colour in - including the front and back pages. The book has 8 sides of internal coloring pages across 4 double sided pages, and they are full of semi-intricate images: enough to keep you interested but not so dizzyingly complex that you need a migraine tablet!
And what is more, the colouring books have been printed on recycled paper and card! It is also worth noting that I do not use plastic in my packaging either.

- This colouring book is A5 sized (14.8 x 21 cm) so it is easy to slip into a backpack or even a big coat pocket!
