I love model houses and was inspired to produce tea light homes. Their hand painted Christmas wreath and fairy lights were added to make Christmas ornaments. How lovely to light a candle and see the light through the windows and front door.

Full description
Handthrown ceramic tea light candle holder in the shape of a little round house with hand painted Christmas wreath and fairy lights. ONLY choice 2 remaining.
I threw these little tealight houses by hand on my potter's wheel then altered them to form windows and doors. Once fired to biscuitware each was hand painted and glazed and fired once more to earthenware.
House 1 height 8.5 cm
House 2 height 7.75 cm
These tealights look very effective with the candle alight and would make a lovely Christmas gift. Each has a hand made quality and character of their own. Whether teamed with a little ceramic tree or sitting alone.
