Had a lovely break and now raring to get glassing. Please note, if you would like me to send direct as a gift please give me the message you want including on a little card. Joy xx
A stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A heart design of 2 entwined hearts in elegant shades of gold.
I've used textured and iridised golden glass for the 2 hearts to give lots of sparkle and infilled with some rather prettily textured palest gold glass.
It is 15.5cm x 12.5 cm and hangs from a little silvery chain which is securely attached to the top of the heart at either side. I've framed it with twisted wire for strength and neatness.
it is would make a wonderfully bright addition to any room and an absolutely golden wedding anniversary gift.
It is totally individual and I am really pleased with this design.
I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass for each piece to ensure they are unique.
The last photo show this heart together with a red ruby version and a silver wedding also for sale as separate listings. If you can't find these and want one please get in touch and I'll make one for you.
I designed a very personalised version of this for a commission and realised it would make a lovely addition to my heart designs and now make it for both silver, gold and ruby weddings and it is proving quite popular as a totally unique anniversary gift..
Postage is set for first class signed for on this piece to cover Royal Mail insurance values.
