I wanted to give more variety when it comes to dolls and ornaments, everything that I see on the High Street or online is blonde with light skin, and I wanted young people to feel represented and to have a decoration that reflects them and their culture.
I was inspired by the brilliant efforts of the English Women's Football team (the 'Lionesses') during the Women's world cup into making both male and female footballer dolls!

Forget the glass slippers, this princess wears football boots!
She is around 6 inches tall, with thick long curly brown hair, which has been styled into a ponytail and tied up with a green bow. This can be easily removed and her hair restyled into whatever you wish.
She has a friendly hand-drawn face with a blue ribbon jersey with the number '3' on the back, green shorts and blue football boots. She also comes complete with her own football! The football is quite heavy, and has been glued to her arm and side using a hot glue gun, but could be removed without causing too much damage if required.
She is made from floral wire, so is very bendy and fully pose-able. She has a piece of green embroidery thread attached to the top of her head (which can be easily removed if required) so she can be hung up onto a wall or Christmas tree, or she can bend to sit on flat surfaces.
This product is designed to be used as a decoration, it is not a toy.
