I generally use an outreach Royal mail postal service at the moment which is available on a Wednesday and Friday. Items to Europe, USA and the Rest of the World are sent Royal Mail INTERNATIONAL STANDARD which does not include tracking in the cost.
I was inspired to create this piece - almost without realising it - by the famous watercolour of a Hare by the German artist of the 15th/16th century: Albrecht Durer. I wanted the stillness of a passive Hare - sitting in the grass and hiding in plain sight. I used the sewing machine as much like a drawing tool as I could - following the curve and structure of the Hares form and coat.
