If only that tape measure could speak to tell its story. Found it in a charity shop with a jar of tape measures, it was in such a poor condition I got it for free. The beautiful coloured faux leather came from the same shop and makes the most softest and prettiest of bags. One of my more unusual and unique makes.

Full description
This unique zipped pouch in a butter soft apple green faux leather has been decorated with a vintage cloth tape measure which has well exceeded its usefulness but makes a great upcycled decoration for this bag. A wooden decoration in the shape of a sewing machine and two small silver coloured metal charms in the shapes of embroidery scissors and a sewing machine have been sewn onto the bag to complete the look.
A black nylon all purpose zip forms the bag closure and the black cotton lining has a dot and wiggly pattern in a metallic blue. Fleece interfacing gives the piece softness and structure.
Perfect for holding all kinds of things and a perfect gift for the sewer or maker in your life.
