I love crows and their characters and have for a while laughed as I paint scruffy crows or rooks as pirates, they have their own little back stories - which one day I will get round to writing!

Full description

This is a handmade, hand painted mug in high fired earthenware. It is an original design painted with foodsafe underglaze colours and lead free glaze. This mug measures 10cm high and holds 3/4 pint of your favourite beverage.

It features a scruffy pirate crow - one of several characters I paint, the Avast yea flag flops over the brim of the mug and into the inside. Love the stripy handle on this one!!

I back stamp and sign each of my pieces, this mug is entitled ‘captain pirook!’ I wrap in tissue before dispatching in recycled materials wherever possible using first class signed for service.

Thanks for looking!
