The Cotswold Wildlife Center is a great inspiration for me with its wonderful animals, many on breeding programmes as they are on the endangered list. Seeing these beautiful Clouded Leopards and photograhing them allowed me to capture thier beauty in paint. Bring them to life in my design and try to create a habitat not unlike their natural surroundings would be.

Full description
The Clouded Leopard is the most beautiful of the wild cat family unfortunately an endangered species. Smaller than the lions, tigers, leopards and cheetahs, it holds its own on the beauty front! The thickness of their fur and the amazing patterns make it a wonderful subject to hand-paint which bring this scene to life. The imaginery background, portraying the foothills of the Himalayas is created with mixed media : hand-painted foliage alongside some created in Illustrator with the ombre olive wash, are all brought together in Photoshop. A blank card ready for your own message and suitable for all occasions.
