This soft cotton jersey has a delicate broderie Anglaise pattern embroidered onto it. I reclaimed this fabric from a local source and I thought that it would make a fun and youthful jumpsuit. I added shirring to create the comfortable stretch of the bodice and cut generous wide leg trousers to skim the hips. The jumpsuit has deep pockets for phone carrying and a dropped crotch seam to make it more practical to wear. I also added jaunty little tie straps so that it can be worn strapless - no more tan lines!

All of my pieces are unique and exclusive and are individually made using recycled thread and deadstock or reclaimed fabric from the fashion industry. Using this surplus fabric avoids production of new textiles, keeps material out of landfill and contributes to a circular economy. All of my garments are sewn with recycled polyester thread and washed with organic gumnuts and a Cora ball before use, both to reduce the risk of shrinking and the impact on the environment. Please note that this garment is handmade from recycled fabric and as such might suffer from minor imperfections. Custom made items are non refundable as stated in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
