Full description
This piece is inspired by seeing seed pods drying in hedgerows on walks in the countryside during late summer.
Embroidered on wool felt with Appleton Crewel wool, then framed in a hoop which is crocheted over in mercerised cotton. A crochet chain creates an elegant hanging loop.
The embroidery measures 8.5” / 23cm across. The back of the embroidery is finished with card and stamped with ‘Handmade by Shirley Rainbow’.
The embroidery will be a lovely addition to a statement wall.
Your embroidery will be wrapped in tissue and popped in a sturdy envelope before posting out. Postage is free to U.K. orders over £15.
