The removable envelope slipcover of this eye pillow is made from plant dyed and handspun khadi cotton in soft sand and earth shades. The inner pillow is made from unbleached calico cotton and filled with organic flax seeds and Provence lavender for a sweet, restful aroma.

This style of eye pillow is used for savasana/relaxation in yoga, blocking out light as the flax seeds add a gentle weight to ease the eye area. The pillow can also be used as a dream pillow beside you to enhance sleep and dreams.

The dried lavender is grown organically on Mt Ventoux in the Provence region of France, a popular aromatherapy herb for relaxation and a favourite of bees and other pollinators.

The pillow measures approximately 24cm x 12cm and is made up for you at the time of your order.

Please be aware that some states, for example Hawaii and Australia, will not allow you to have flowers or seeds sent by mail. I always check with Royal Mail but your own postal service will have the most up to date information about any restrictions. Unfortunately I am not able to claim any compensation on your behalf if an eye pillow is retained by Customs.

I love yoga and it is important to me to choose accessories that keep a closeness with the natural world. This hand-loomed khadi is beautiful in its own right, soft but sturdy, not so processed that the feel of a growing thing has gone. The arrival of a new package of lavender is also quite a treat and good to share, especially as its production has helped the bees in the sunny days just gone by.
