Welcome to my online shop and thank you for popping by, I am a bear and textile artist designing and creating unique one of a kind items for the adult collector and have been creating collectable Artist bears since 2014.
If you would like me to send a gift direct to a recipient on your behalf leave a message at checkout with your order.
UK POST All items except for the letterbox gifts are now posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48 parcel post and charged at a flat rate of £3.95. If you order more than one item the second will be free or I will upgrade as required with no extra cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL POST - please note, due to new regulations I do not currently offer postage to Europe or NI but do post everywhere else, if I overcharge on postage I always send a refund.
I decided to add gift vouchers for those who love my items but can't decide which to choose for that perfect gift.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Want to give someone a gift but not sure what they would like, a Gift Voucher can make a perfect choice, whether it's a birthday, anniversary, wedding, a thank you or any other occasion let them choose their own gift.
Choose the amount you require from the options listed in the drop down box, gift vouchers start at £10 and can be purchased at £5 increments up to £75.
Starting price has been set at £10 so if you require a £20 gift voucher please choose the 'add £10' from the options box.
Once purchased I will post the gift card to you by Royal Mail 1st class post.
Each gift card has a unique number and can only be used once.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed against any product in my shop including commissions.
Please enter the name of the intended recipient into the drop down box on the options menu (this is just an extra security measure for the recipient).
Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from date of purchase.
On redemption of the gift card the recipient will need to message me with the unique number inside the card so that I can reduce the price of the chosen item by the voucher amount before they make the purchase.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferrable and they cannot be exchanged for cash.
