UK POST All items except for the letterbox gifts are now posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48 parcel post and charged at a flat rate of £3.95. If you order more than one item the second will be free or I will upgrade as required with no extra cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL POST - please note, due to new regulations I do not currently offer postage to Europe or NI but do post everywhere else, if I overcharge on postage I always send a refund.
I have recently started making dolls after spending 5 years bear making and I am thoroughly enjoying the process. I love giving them a personality, I bought this beautiful mustard fabric a few weeks ago and knew instantly it would make a lovely outfit for a doll.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Meet Penny a beautiful handmade Ragdoll, in doll velour and dressed in this seasons colour of mustard.
Penny is 21" tall approx. She has been handmade from lovely quality doll velour.
She is fully jointed with cotter pin fitments to her head, arms and legs and also has string and button jointed knees and elbows so is fully poseable.
I have hand painted her face with acrylics.
Penny is right on trend in this seasons must have colour of mustard and wears a skirt and matching top.
Her skirt is a gathered wrap style with a contrast batik waistband and fastens with press studs, a button has been added for decoration.
Her top fastens to the back with press studs and decorative buttons, matching batik fabric has been added to the hem and her long sleeves have been slightly gathered and lifted. Sleeves have a button and satin ribbon trim in a colour to match the batik fabric.
Her shoes are made from mustard wool felt with victorian plum contrast and a large bead stone.
She wears cream cotton pants in a ditsy print.
Penny's hair is made from 2 colours of chunky yarn.
My dolls can be personalised by a name change or a name label can be embroidered and sewn to her dress, please contact me by email if you require personalisation so I can offer choices and a price.
Penny will be sent by Royal Mail Medium Parcel, 2nd class, tracked and signed for.
