This is a lino print of Sycamore Gap, Hadrian's Wall in Northumberland as the sun is setting. Made famous by featuring in Robin Hood Prince of Thieves!

Printed on to A4, white paper that is smooth, heavyweight and strong.

I have drawn and carved this out of lino, inked it up with a rich black non toxic oil based ink and printed it by hand using a bamboo baren.

This print comes with a mount as shown in the photos.

Your print will be sent to you with a board backing to ensure it's safe arrival.

Measures 210mm wide x 298mm high or 8x12" approx.

We visited Hadrian's Wall a few years ago now and I've had this print in my head ever since. It was cold and wintery when we went which showed just how beautifully bleak the place is.
This is a sunset version of my popular silhouette print.
