OCTOBER 2025 - due to Royal Mail reducing the compensation on Tracked 48 parcel post I have had to increase my postage costs for all items over £75 which will now be sent Special next day delivery.
INTERNATIONAL POST - I'm in the process of updating postage for the US and have temporarily removed it from my listings whilst I recalculate the prices to include the new taxes and handling fees which have to be paid prior to my items entering the US. If you are based in the US and wish to purchase something please send me a message and I will happily send you a quote and add the postage and charges back on to the item.
Due to new regulations sadly I can no longer post to Europe or NI.
If I overcharge on International postage rates I will refund the excess. If small items such as cards are purchased to be posted with another item I will refund the postage charged on them.

I believe Personalisation makes a gift even more special and totally unique, something to treasure for years to come.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This listing is for a custom personalised sash for a Bearlescent Bear.
A lovely hand stitched sentiment of your choice to fully personalise your bear.
A Cross stitched sash with a name or details of your choice to fit your chosen Bearlescent Bear.
Add a sash with details such as 'Happy Birthday Mum' , Special Friend, Christened on 28.09.2019 etc
Amount of wording will depend on the bear size you have chosen, after ordering I will contact you to confirm that your selection will fit your chosen bear or to advise an alternative sentiment
The sash is on scalloped edged aida band and the text is as shown in the photographs.
I have hundreds of thread colours, please choose a basic colour from the drop down box and I will match to the bear or you can leave the colour choice to me and I will make something to compliment your chosen bear.
Turnaround may only be a couple of days but please allow a week as it depends on my workload at time of ordering, I will message you once your order has been placed to confirm the time frame.
