In Springtime there is an abundance of wood anemones in the wild woodlands of our area - the flowers are like bright stars in the dappled shade under the trees. Gorgeous!

Full description
Hand embroidered brooch featuring a wood anemone - a little piece of wearable art.
The flower is hand stitched onto fabric pieces with embroidery thread and the item is then edged with velvet ribbon for a touch of luxury. There is a brooch pin with a safety clasp on the reverse. I've shown it in natural light to give the best idea of the colours but remember that screens etc aren't always accurate. It is about 3.5cm x 4.5cm and will arrive in a little organza bag.
It would make a lovely gift, especially for a walker, a lover of nature and wild flowers or a gardener.
