Thanks for stopping by! My shop will be taking a break for a bit as I'm heading to Canada! In the meantime, you can still purchase my work at my stockists in the UK - www.unearthedbylynn.com/where-to-buy
Inspired by my walks and adventures in the UK's countryside and along its seaside, and with a desire to reduce my footprint on the planet, I upcycle found pottery shards, sea glass and scoria glass, into keepsake jewellery to ground you in connection to its story.... to a person, a place, a memory. When you purchase Unearthed Jewellery, you also receive the story that has been uncovered....where your shard was unearthed, and more. I am registered with the Edinburgh Assay office and a Gold Member of the British Guild of Jewellery Designers. All Unearthed jewellery is signed with a .925 fineness mark and UBL makers mark.

Sea glass: Connecting you to the land and history from where it came, the sea glass this ring was made from was found in Cadiz, Spain on the beach. The glass is 100% genuine sea glass and has not been polished, cut, shaped or modified in any way. Purple glass most often didn't start out its life as purple glass. Glass in its raw state usually has a greenish tint to it, to make glass white or clear, a bleaching chemical agent was added. When W.W.I broke out the chemical could no longer be used and the replacement chemical that was used turned glass lavender over a period of time. It's kind of neat to think when you find a piece of this colour, you can date it! True purple glass is much rarer. In our English Sea Glass collection, it averages one in 5000 pieces as true lavender glass was reserved for the Monarchy and for the Bishops in the church.
Ring: Handmade from 100% sterling silver. Your ring is made from recycled silver, making an eco-fashion statement of both style and sustainability.
Size: This ring fits about a size L.

When you purchase a piece of Unearthed Jewellery, you also receive the provenance that has been uncovered....where it was unearthed, what it was from, and more.
Your jewellery will be sent to you in a cotton pouch, along with its story, inside a box made from recycled materials, then wrapped in brown postal paper.
