Full description
I have thrown this little salt pig on the wheel in Stoneware clay. It has the word 'salt'impressed into the clay which has blended in with the lovely blue glaze. The inside of the pig has a mix of clear and blue glaze. The little wooden spoon is included.
Approximate measurements:
Height of salt pig including the tip: About 9 cm
Height of salt pig: 6.5 cm
Width of base: 7.5 cm
Length of wooden spoon: 7.5 cm
Stoneware is a very strong clay so this little salt pig can happily go into the dishwasher without the wooden spoon.
Each pot I make is individual and the variations and irregularities in the glaze decoration and form are due to the handmade process making each piece unique.
All of my glazes are dinnerware safe.
