This hand-sewn cushion is printed to my own design using wooden Indian block prints and heat-sealed fabric paints. The large elephants are a midnight blue, and the baby elephants are a greeny-grey colour.
This listing includes the cover and the inner pad.
The cover can be removed - three cute navy blue heart-shaped buttons secure it on the back and it is hand-washable.
The inner pad is filled with 5 star hotel quality hypoallergenic microfibre. It is also washable, will keep its plumped-up shape and will not cause problems for anyone with feather allergies. It measures 40cm x 40cm (16 inches) square, approx.
The nature of hand printing means that there will be variations in colour density and saturation and slight irregularities in spacing and alignment of individual motifs. There may also be random small blibs and blobs. These 'imperfections' are part of the charm of Indian wood block prints and should not be seen as 'faults'.
Also due to differences in viewing conditions - screens, monitors etc. the colours you are seeing my differ slightly to the colours as they are in 'real life'. This, unfortunately, is unavoidable.
