Packaging
Recycled and biodegradable packaging materials will be used whenever possible.
Triggered by concern for African elephants and other endangered species. Elephants, rhinos, lions, giraffes and many other species are falling prey to poachers and trophy hunters in vast numbers and could be extinct in the wild in just a few decades if not sooner. The rangers and wildlife protection agencies do amazing work but we can all do something to help whether that be by making our voices heard, by raising awareness, donating to fund rangers or some other way.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
Any painting being returned must be well packaged to minimize damage. Return in the original packaging if possible. International Buyers please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility when the goods arrive.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
