Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) is a service whereby duties are handled by Royal Mail and the overseas delivery partner so that the recipient does not incur any additional cost at the doorstep. Instead, VAT and duties are calculated and collected at the point of sale and paid to the relevant tax authorities locally via Royal Mail.
If I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

I have been designing and making artist bears since 2014, Crackles bear shape and style is a popular choice with customers, a smaller but chubby traditional style bear. This mohair is gorgeous so I decided to embroider the paw pads in colours to accentuate the mohair. All of my bears are one of a kind unique creations.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This is Crackle, a one of a kind artist bear designed and made by myself for Bearlescent.
Crackle is approx 8.75" tall and majority hand sewn from a luxury premium mohair, 20mm ratinee tip mohair in raspberry ripple, beautiful autumn colours.
She has wool felt hand embroidered paw pads in colours to compliment the mohair.
Crackle is fully jointed with 5 cotter pin joints, she has safety eyes and a hand embroidered nose.
She wears a hand dyed silk ribbon.
She has been added to my ever growing bear register and is number 398, she will arrive with birth certificate.
Her name is on a wooden tag and Bearlescent is to the back of one ear on a polymer clay button.
Crackle can be personalised by change of name (FOC) or by a personalised sash-see seperate listing for sash. Message with details required for name change.
Crackle is a collectable bear and not suitable as a childs toy.
