Full description
This Mummy and Me freestanding picture block is a touching, thoughtful gift for any mum: perfect for a birthday, Mother’s Day, or new mummy. Featuring a delightfully illustrated elephant & child, the design is in soft neutral shades.
The chunky block is made from solid hand cut pine, which is very finely sanded for a beautifully smooth finish. The block is thick enough to stand on its own and makes a lovely decorative feature on a shelf, fireplace or windowsill.
Featuring a charming personalised watercolour digital print, the entire block is sealed with 3 coats of matte sealant to resist dust & dirt. The artwork is personalised so you can change the wording to suit (eg ‘Mum & Me’, ‘Nanny & Me’, etc). It’s also personalised with your own short message up to 8 words.
Your artwork is created to order & printed on high quality archival watercolour paper stock. The paper is made in Britain using traditional mould techniques, and has a beautiful slightly textured finish. The print is mounted onto the wood block, measuring 6x6" (approx 15x15cm) & 2cm thick (approximately 7/8"). The beautiful natural wood grain can be seen on the sides & back of your block. (NB: sizes are approximate as the blocks are handcrafted so there may be very slight variations.)
Your block will be wrapped in tissue paper & packaged carefully. It’s sent free via courier (3-5 working days), or upgrade to faster 1st class recorded delivery (1-2 working days). Overseas orders sent with full tracking.
