I've made lots of kumihimo bracelets over the years, mostly beaded, so was excited to learn that a new-style disc (the little foam board upon which the braid is made) had been developed by UK "kumihimo queen", Pru McRae of Prumihimo. To go with this new disc, Pru had designed lots of new patterns, including this design which is a variation of her "Pipalicious" necklace. This style of necklace has turned out to be a best seller for me - they are very wearable and I think that's why they are so popular.
