My beading journey started when I attended a one-day introductory course in jewellery making at my local bead shop. I was hooked at the outset! I'm now an avid bead-weaver and enjoy incorporating artisan-made components into my work to create unique and colourful pieces. I always try to create pieces that are both wearable and that I would wear myself.
I live near the beautiful cathedral city of Ely in the Cambridgeshire fens. I fit my beading around family commitments and a part-time job with the National Trust's Holidays team for Eastern England.

I absolutely adore the beaded earrings that Sally makes. In fact, I love them so much that I now own 4 pairs. I really dislike earrings that feel weighty when you're wearing them, and these are wonderfully light but remain well balanced in your ear lobes.
I'm certain more of Sally's work will soon make its way to my door.
