Full description
For this cushion cover I have incorporated my embroidered piece into it using the applique technique.
It is sewn with various pieces of beige and brown fabric which is 100% cotton, the border is poly-cotton.
I've machine sewn lots of decorative stitches in metallic thread to compliment the gold thread and sequins in the hand sewn embroidery.
For the back I've used beige poly-cotton fabric which I have doubled over for strength and edged with handmade bias binding in coordinating brown fabric.
It has an envelope opening.
The exact size is 18 x 18 inches.
Quilted using Hobbs cotton wadding.
Hand wash only, avoid ironing the embroidery.
