When the clocks go back, the nights draw in, I have an overwhelming urge to knit. It traces back to my childhood as this is the time my mother would start to measure us up for that current year's cardigans and jumpers. My daughter is all grown up now, so I focus back onto baby and kids clothes. These creations are born from my (apparently) genetic need to 'click the needles'!

Full description
This is a pretty little cardigan which is made from bright yellow 4 ply acrylic yarn. The sunny and bright colour is perfect for both a girl or a boy.
With 5 matching yellow coloured buttons running down the front, the knitted diamond design really helps this pattern to stand out. It also means there is a fair amount of stretch to the cardigan.
Mums have enough to do, so to make your life easier you can wash it in the washing machine, on a cold wash. I would suggest that you do not dry it in the tumble-dryer though, unless you have a very cool setting. Either hang it on a small hanger in a warm place, or dry it flat (on a towel is ideal).
