Intricate beadwork necklace with handmade purple metallic resin teardrop cabochon centre piece. I have used a vareity of free form embroidery techniques with seed beads, around the cabochon, using needle and specialist thread.
The top of the piece is decorated with a framework of 8 x 2mm purple metallic Czech firepolished beads, forming a pretty curved effect. There are 7 drapes below the cabochon, producing a fabulous frill of sparkling Metallic purple oval Crystals, topped and tailed with 2mm Czech crystals.
The beadwork piece is backed with a purple suede which feels soft against the skin. I have handstitched a soft beadwork loop at the back where the chain is threaded through.
This is a really stunning eye catching piece of handmade Jewellery. Whilst there may be others I make of similar design - it is unique in its own way. Can be worn for a dressy occasion or worn casually.

Hand made metallic purple resin teardrop cabochon
2mm Czech Firepolished crystals
Czech seed beads
Oval faceted crystals.
Measurements:-
A decorative 17 inch silver plated chain with a lobster clasp fastening.
1 inch long oval handmade resin cabochon.
Pendant length is 3.5 inches x 1.25 inches (widest)

comes packaged in tissue paper and an organza bag.
